TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChampsUnited.net, your registration for or participation in any Champs United International Boxing Tournaments event, program, or activity (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, registering as a participant, submitting a donation, or entering into a sponsorship arrangement, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Champs United International Boxing Tournaments ("Champs United," "we," "us," or "our") is a nonprofit organization registered in the State of Nevada, established May 2026, founded by Johar Lashin, a 3x World Boxing Champion (IBO, WBF, IBC). References to "platform" features describe services that are in development and may not yet be available.
Participants of all ages are welcome in accordance with program-specific guidelines. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration, provide identification and sign all required consent and waiver documentation on their behalf. By registering a minor, the parent or guardian represents that they have full legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms, including the assumption of risk and liability waiver provisions below.
Tournament dates, locations, formats, weight classes, prize pools and registration fees published on this website are estimates and are subject to change at Champs United's sole discretion based on the number of entries received, venue availability, safety considerations, or other operational factors. Champs United will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes using the contact information provided at registration, but is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from such changes, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by participants.
All participants competing in Champs United tournaments or events must obtain and submit medical clearance from a licensed physician prior to competing, in the form and timeframe specified by Champs United. Champs United reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or withdraw any individual's participation, before or during an event, if it determines that participation poses a health or safety risk, regardless of whether medical documentation has been submitted. Participants are solely responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.
BOXING AND COMBAT SPORTS TRAINING INVOLVE INHERENT AND SIGNIFICANT RISKS, including but not limited to risk of bodily injury, concussion, brain injury, broken bones, permanent disability, paralysis and death. By registering for or participating in any Champs United program, tournament, or related activity — or by permitting a minor to do so — you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that they cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken and that you voluntarily assume all such risks. This assumption of risk applies to all activities conducted by, with, or through Champs United, including travel to and from events, use of event facilities and equipment and interaction with other participants, coaches and officials.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, by participating in any Champs United program or event, you (and, if you are a parent or guardian, on behalf of your minor child) release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Champs United International Boxing Tournaments, its founders, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, coaches, contractors, sponsors and affiliated venues (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur as a result of participation, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your participation in Champs United activities; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any false or inaccurate information you provide, including medical information or eligibility representations.
All participants, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with the respect, discipline and sportsmanship reflected in Champs United's mission and values. Champs United reserves the right to remove any individual from a program, event, or facility — without refund — for conduct that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be unsafe, unsportsmanlike, abusive, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the organization.
Donations made to Champs United support fighter opportunities, tournament development, platform operations, fighter support and community outreach. All donations are voluntary and, except as required by law, non-refundable. Champs United is recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), with an exemption effective date of May 7, 2026. Donations are tax-deductible under IRC Section 170 to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding deductibility in their specific circumstances. Sponsorship benefits, tiers and pricing described on this website are illustrative and subject to a separately executed sponsorship agreement. Funds contributed through the "Support a Fighter" program are allocated at Champs United's discretion to support the designated fighter's tournament entry, travel, or equipment needs, subject to administrative review and approval and are not refundable once allocated.
Any information you submit through forms on ChampsUnited.net must be accurate, current and lawful. You agree not to use the Services to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. Champs United reserves the right to remove or refuse any submission and to terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms.

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND FEATURES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CHAMPS UNITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION REGARDING TOURNAMENT DATES, FEATURES, AND PROGRAMS MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CHAMPS UNITED ACTIVITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS NOT OTHERWISE WAIVED OR RELEASED UNDER THESE TERMS AND IS NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or participation in any Champs United activity shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the exclusive venue for any legal proceeding shall be the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any event-specific registration forms, waivers, or sponsorship agreements signed by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Champs United regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Champs United may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For event-specific waivers, the version of the Terms and waiver in effect at the time of registration for that event shall apply.
